Our monthly subscription requires a minimum twelve-month commitment. After twelve months, the plan continues month-to-month. You can cancel any time after the initial term; however, because we host and maintain the site, cancelling the subscription means you will no longer have access to the website files.

If you cancel and later decide to come back, we'll be happy to work with you again. You'll simply sign a new 12-month agreement to restart service.

Early cancellations are subject to an early-termination fee equal to the remaining balance of the site's full cost minus what you've already paid. This policy ensures we can continue providing premium service and maintain fair pricing.

No. Because the subscription model spreads the cost of design and development over time, the website itself remains property of Boxionet until the term ends and is not transferable. If you anticipate needing to own the site outright, our lump-sum package may be a better fit. You always retain ownership of your domain and any content or images you provided.

We email invoices through a secure payment processor. Monthly subscriptions are paid by credit or debit card; the lump-sum option is typically paid via ACH bank transfer to minimize processing fees. We do not accept checks or money orders.
